Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
Customers can cancel their orders at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- Missing items in the delivery.
- Damaged or expired products received.
- Incorrect products delivered.
Refunding amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
